Net Impact San Francisco (NISF) is a professional chapter of Net Impact, a global community of over 95,000 leaders who are committed to driving positive change in the workplace and the world.

Net Impact San Francisco was founded in 2001 by, among others, current Net Impact CEO Liz Maw, and was the first professional chapter launched by Net Impact. NISF is one of the longest standing Bay Area organizations committed to serving professionals who wish to create social and environmental change in their community and through their careers.

Net Impact San Francisco is made up of over 4,000 professionals with diverse backgrounds and viewpoints that represent the public sector, local nonprofits, and businesses ranging from startups to public companies. We engage with thought leaders from around the Bay Area and organize events that build meaningful relationships, inspire action, and provide learning and skill-building opportunities for our members.
